How to request a refund

Email hello@thoughtfultots.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We'll review and typically respond within 2 business days.

What to expect

• If you haven't downloaded the guide, or downloaded it but it genuinely isn't useful to you, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and can take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund of the same guide).

Technical issues

If your download link doesn't work or you never received it, contact us right away — this is on us to fix, not a reason to lose out on a refund.
