What we collect
- Purchase information — when you buy a guide, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address and payment details to process the transaction. We do not see or store your card details.
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message if you write to us.
- Cookies & analytics — if you accept our cookie banner, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to understand site usage and show you relevant ads on Facebook/Instagram, including retargeting ads to visitors who didn't complete a purchase. You can decline this at any time via the cookie banner; declining does not affect your ability to browse or buy.
Why we process this data
To fulfil purchases (contract performance), to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest), and — only with your consent — to measure and improve our advertising (consent, revocable at any time).
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing and, as our Merchant of Record under Stripe Managed Payments, tax collection/remittance.
